Our Creatine Creapure®

Very popular in the media, creatine is neither a miracle product nor dangerous and even less forbidden. It is a beneficial natural asset for several reasons. Abs tells you more.

Properties of Creatine

Creatine is a derivative of natural amino acid .Naturally produced in our body from three amino acids: glycine, arginine, methionine.

Creatine enhances cellular energy production.

To function, our muscles burn the bonds of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Since the body has relatively little ATP available, it recycles the ADP to produce it. Creatine participates in this chemical reconversion.

Creatine keeps the health of the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

By replenishing ATP, all muscles can work and grow progressively. Creatine contributes to healthy skeletal muscles, but also to the heart, brain and kidneys, its main sites of concentration.

In addition, it regulates the production of blood homocysteine, whose high levels cause coronary heart disease.

Creatine improves fibrous tissue.

Physical effort causes muscle fibers to expand without creating new ones. Creatine helps external muscle cells to generate new fibers.

Creatine increases the production of growth hormone and the number of androgen receptors.

With age, our body produces less and less anabolic hormones like testosterone and growth hormone. The level of cortisol, however, remains approximately stable: it burns the tissues and in excess, causes muscle wasting.

By its action, creatine gives the organism lasting conditions for optimal physical shape and muscle mass.

Creatine supplementation

Creatine is particularly suited to simple acceleration sports (sprint, swimming, cycling) or multiple (collective sports), as well as bodybuilding. On the other hand, it does not bring decisive advantages to endurance sports.

Recent studies have demonstrated that creatine supplementation has therapeutic effects on a wide range of diseases: muscular dystrophy, chronic fatigue, Parkinson's, Huntington's, neuronal loss in the cortex (after a brain trauma).

Additionally, by increasing their low creatine levels in the brain, supplementation is suitable for people suffering from depression, schizophrenia and addictions.

Clinical examinations show that after using creatinine for several months, it was possible to reduce LDL cholesterol (the "bad" cholesterol) by about 30%.

Creatine will normally be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. However, as part of a regular sports activity, it is recommended to consume 45 to 90 minutes before and after training, to facilitate the effort and then to promote the muscular development.

Why choose Creapure®

Creapure® is a patented creatine monohydrate, product from numerous scientific studies and meets the highest standards in terms of quality, purity and safety.

These include Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which ensures the quality of the general manufacturing process. The result is a product of constant high purity and fully traceable.

Creapure® is manufactured from sarcosinate and cyanamide, considered the best and safest obtaining process.

Other brands use sarcosine and S-methylthiourea but thus produce a creatine that can contain toxic substances such as thiocarbamide and methanethiol. Analysis have even revealed that they may also contain steroids, recreational drugs and other forbidden substances.

Abs offers a guarantee of quality and an optimal food safety, thanks to rigorous controls.

Our boxes are BPA free guaranteed  (bisphenol A). Our products are developed and packaged by a laboratory in accordance with the HACCP standards (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
