BCAA 4:1:1: Composition
1 tablet contain: 1000 mg three branched-chain amino acids in a 4:1:1 ratio, i.e. 666.66 mg L-leucine, 166.67 mg L-isoleucine and 166.67 mg L-valine.
Per daily dose: 10 g of branched-chain amino acids powder (BCAA 4:1:1) (L-leucine (6.66 g), L-isoleucine (1.67 g) and L-valine (1.67 g)).
Other ingredients: Rice bran dry extract (Oryza sativa L.).
This product does not contain allergens (in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011) nor genetically modified organisms.

BCAA 4:1:1: Use
1 tablet a day with half a glass of water at mealtime.
Mix 5 g of powder (1 measuring spoon) with 250 ml of water, juice, smoothies or milk, and consume twice a day, 45 minutes before and after excercise. Use a mixer to prepare, then leave to stand for a few minutes.
Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are undergoing medical treatment, seek your therapist's advice.
