L-citrulline is a highly bioavailable amino acid, which further increases the natural levels of L-arginine than its direct supplementation.

It allows the synthesis of nitric oxide, a molecule necessary for vasodilation, which also regulates various functions of the skeletal muscles (contractions, blood flow, glucose uptake).

L-citrulline :

Use

Directions

 Mix 3 g of powder (1/2 measuring spoon) with 250 ml of water, before exercise. Use a mixer to prepare, then leave to stand for a few minutes. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
