Pre-Workout from Abs is a unique formula that boosts your workout!

These ingredients work in synergy for better performance and resistance during the sports session.

L-citrulline, to improve the presence of N.O. (nitric oxide) and to reduce fatigue by avoiding the presence of ammonia in the muscles;
Beta-Alanine, necessary for the formation of carnosine, which avoids the acidity of the muscular pH caused naturally by the sport;
Caffeine from Guarana, powerful natural stimulant of the nervous system and thermogenic appetite suppressant;
Rhodiola, anti-stress that improves the physical and mental state;
Raspberry and grape seeds, natural antioxidants that promotes muscle recovery;
Acerola, whose fruit contains 60 times more vitamin C than oranges;
Beer yeast enriched with vitamin B, that regulates hormonal function and energy metabolism.

Per daily dose (7 g): L-citrulline, from biotech (obtained by natural fermentation) (2 g), maltodextrin (1.901 g), raspberry juice powder (Rubus idaeus L.) (1 g), beta-alanine (0.8 g), dry extract of guarana seeds (Paullinia cupana Kunth) (standardised to contain 22% caffeine, i.e. 80 mg) (0.365 g), dry extract of acerola fruit (Malpighia glabra L.) (standardised to contain 25% vitamin C, i.e. 80 mg in the form of L-ascorbic acid (100% NRVs*)), brewer’s yeast with standardised B-group vitamin content (LalminⓇ B200) (inactive Saccharomyces cerevisiae, nicotinamide (niacin), riboflavin (vitamin B2), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin (biotin), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)) (0.2 g), (0.32 g), dry extract of roseroot (Rhodiola rosea L.) Pre-Workout: Use

Directions

Mix 7 g of powder (1 measuring spoon) with 250 ml of water, 30 minutes before exercise. Use a mixer to prepare, then leave to stand for a few minutes. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
